El grup ha subratllat que <strong>\u00e9s la primera vegada que la Generalitat de Catalunya es preocupa per garantir un desenvolupament ordenat<\/strong>, econ\u00f2micament eficient, ambientalment sostenible i socialment just, ja que Converg\u00e8ncia, tant al capdavant de la Generalitat com del Conselh Generau, mai no va dedicar cap esfor\u00e7 per establir estrat\u00e8gies territorials integrals. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>UA \u2013 PSC considera que <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Converg\u00e8ncia (CDA) intenta confondre els ciutadans i utilitzar de manera partidista<\/span> el proc\u00e9s que ha de permetre dotar el territori del Pla director urban\u00edstic, i <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">l\u2019empla\u00e7a a pronunciar-se clarament a favor o en contra d\u2019aquest instrument per ordenar el territori<\/span>, en lloc de marejar la perdiu amb falsos raonaments. <\/p>\n<p> Unitat d\u2019Aran ha acusat CDA de <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">manca de coher\u00e8ncia<\/span>, ja que el Pla \u00e9s fruit del Pla Territorial que la Generalitat va aprovar el 2006 amb el consentiment dels Ajuntaments i el Conselh Generau, llavors governat per CDA. Segons UA, aquesta falta de coher\u00e8ncia motiva ara una <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">manca d\u2019escr\u00fapols<\/span> en intentar utilitzar el proc\u00e8s per desgastar els governs de la Generalitat i el Conselh, ja que <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CDA no ha cregut mai en la planificaci\u00f3 territorial<\/span>, i ha posat com a exemple de la mala gesti\u00f3 urban\u00edstica convergent la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019una <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">macrourbanitzaci\u00f3 a la Vall de Ruda<\/span> contravenint la normativa vigent.    <\/p>\n<p> El proc\u00e9s administratiu segueix el ritme previst.
