Quintana<\/B><\/FONT><BR><FONT face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=2>Maragall, al ser preguntado sobre el encaje del Aran dentro de Catalunya, manifest\u00f3 que \u201cla discusi\u00f3n sobre la reforma del Estatut deber\u00e1 ser la que especifique cu\u00e1l es el grado de autonom\u00eda que se da al Aran\u201d, en referencia a que una opci\u00f3n podr\u00eda integrar el valle dentro de la futura veguer\u00eda del Pirineo y otra en cambio que el valle quedar\u00e1 \u201cal margen\u201d del Pirineo siendo un territorio aut\u00f3nomo.<BR>Maragall realiz\u00f3 estas declaraciones en rueda de prensa en la sede institucional del Conselh Generau d\u2019Aran, ubicada en la poblaci\u00f3n de Arr\u00f2s, hasta donde se desplaz\u00f3 dentro del periplo de la visita institucional que realiz\u00f3 ayer en el valle.<BR>El president de la Generalitat se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Catalunya se propone ahora \u201cun gran salto\u201d, en el sentido de \u201csuperar la divisi\u00f3n territorial por provincias, hecha por un estado espa\u00f1ol muy centralista, jacobino y poco sensible\u201d.<BR>Maragall declar\u00f3 que el nuevo Estatut d\u2019Autonomia de Catalunya \u201cir\u00e1 hacia el reconocimiento de unos territorios como el Pirineo, les Terres de l\u2019Ebre y la Catalunya central y el Aran tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 decir la suya\u201d.<BR>\u201cYo velar\u00e9 para que en el debate haya sensibilidad y rigor\u201d, afirm\u00f3 en referencia a la nueva divisi\u00f3n territorial de Catalunya, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cestamos en el mejor momento de la historia\u201d para llevarla a cabo, \u201ce iremos a buscar la mejor de las soluciones\u201d.<BR>Maragall apunt\u00f3 que \u201cdebe alcanzarse una soluci\u00f3n sensible y rigurosa para no provocar un alud de demandas o de afirmaciones de especificidad\u201d, en alusi\u00f3n al trato que se puede otorgar a la Val d\u2019Aran.<BR>Cabe recordar que el S\u00edndic de la Val d\u2019Aran, Carles Barrera, m\u00e1ximo responsable pol\u00edtico del valle, ha afirmado en repetidas veces que el Aran no puede quedar nunca integrado en la futura veguer\u00eda del Pirineo ya que tiene reconocido por ley su especificidad dentro de Catalunya y por tanto reclama que sea un territorio aut\u00f3nomo.<BR>Maragall se reuni\u00f3 ayer con el S\u00edndic d\u2019Aran y los diferentes cons\u00e8lhers del Conselh Generau d\u2019Aran en la Casa deth Senyor d\u2019Arr\u00f3s. Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 Maragall, en \u00e9sta se abord\u00f3 la presencia del Aran en el nuevo Estatut, el proceso de transferencias de competencias y temas de inversiones y de infraestructuras.
