Davant la proposta de crear el Parc Natural de l\u2019Aran per govern del
\n Conselh Generau d\u2019Aran el Secretari General d\u2019 Unitat d\u2019Aran
\n i diputat al Parlament de Catalunya Francesc Boya ha manifestat: <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Aran encara no t\u00e9 definit el seu planejament territorial. L\u2019aprovaci\u00f3
    \n d\u2019aquest parc es fa d\u2019una manera precipitada i sense debat amb
    \n els sectors econ\u00f2mics que poden resultar afectats per aquesta mesura.<\/li>\n
  2. Abans d\u2019aprovar aquest projecte, Aran ha de con\u00e8ixer quines
    \n s\u00f3n les bases i el contingut del seu Pla d\u2019Ordenaci\u00f3 Territorial.<\/li>\n
  3. Les propostes sobre la preservaci\u00f3 ambiental han de ser plantejades
    \n des del consens de les forces pol\u00edtiques araneses i del conjunt dels
    \n municipis. Aquesta condici\u00f3 no es dona en l\u2019actual proposta del
    \n Govern d\u2019Aran. <\/li>\n
  4. La proposta de Parc Natural exclou les zones que actualment pateixen m\u00e9s
    \n pressi\u00f3 tur\u00edstica i degradaci\u00f3 ambiental. <\/li>\n
  5. Les zones afectades, (el 70 % \u00e9s territori del Baix Aran) no tindran
    \n cap compensaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica, que ajudi a desenvolupar alternatives
    \n econ\u00f2miques en aquesta zona, per altra banda la menys desenvolupada
    \n de l\u2019Aran. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0
    \nBoya, ha presentat una proposta alternativa de Parc Cultural d\u2019Aran
    \n que defineix una concepci\u00f3 integral de desenvolupament dels actius
    \n tur\u00edstics del territori aran\u00e8s. Aquest Parc Cultural \u2013ha
    \n dit Boya\u2013 garanteix una \u201cmarca de qualitat\u201d per l\u2019Aran,
    \n sense hipotecar futurs desenvolupaments econ\u00f2mics.
    \n El diputat ha afegit que aquest debat hauria de posposar-se per despr\u00e9s
    \n de les eleccions per permetre que aquesta mat\u00e8ria fos objecte de debat
    \n i de proposta pol\u00edtica que els electors poguessin valorar i considerar
